Corelentra Pricelist Module
The Corelentra Pricelist Module gives you a clean, centralized catalog of your WooCommerce products. Instead of digging through spreadsheets or outdated PDFs, your team can open one screen, see up-to-date pricing by category, and click straight through to each product.
What the Pricelist Module Actually Does
Corelentra’s Pricelist Module is built around one job: show your WooCommerce catalog in a simple, readable price list for your team and your customers.
- WooCommerce catalog view: Displays your simple WooCommerce products in a table, grouped by product category.
- Category-based layout: Only shows the categories you’ve selected in the Pricelist Settings.
- Product thumbnails: Shows the product’s featured image in a small thumbnail column.
- Current pricing: Shows each product’s active price directly from WooCommerce.
- Compared price column: Optional column that can show the “compared” (regular) price when enabled in Settings.
- View links: Includes a “View” action that links straight to the WooCommerce product page.
Everything stays tied to your live WooCommerce data, so when you change a price in WooCommerce and refresh the Pricelist, the catalog reflects it.
Settings You Control
The Pricelist Module includes a dedicated Pricelist Settings screen under the Corelentra menu so you can control how the catalog looks and what it includes.
- Choose which categories appear: Pick the WooCommerce product categories you want to include in the HTML price-list and PDF.
- Toggle compared price column: Decide whether to show the “Compared Price” (regular price) next to the current price.
- Category header color: Set a background color for the category headings so each section stands out.
- Company details in the header: Enter your Company Name, Phone Number, and Website – those values appear at the top of the PDF price-list.
Once configured, you can keep using the same short-codes on the front end – they automatically pull in your latest settings.
HTML Pricelist & PDF Download
The module includes two short-codes so you can show the price-list and let users download it as a PDF:
[dfs_pricelist]– Outputs the HTML Pricelist on a page, grouped by category with product image, name, price, optional compared price, and a View link.[dfs_pricelist_pdf_button]– Shows a centered “Download PDF” button that generates a PDF catalog using the same categories and pricing rules.
The PDF generator uses the built-in TCPDF library, and automatically includes your Company Name, Phone, and Website from the settings at the top of the document.
Pricelist Vendors & Email (Pro Upgrade)
With Corelentra Pro, the Pricelist Module is paired with a simple Vendors / Contractors panel and an Email Selected tool. This is built for sending pricing information out to the people you work with regularly.
- Store contractor / vendor records: Keep contractor or dealer details in a dedicated list (name, address, city, state, phone, email, etc.).
- Import records: Bring in vendor/contractor lists from a text/CSV style file instead of entering everything by hand.
- Email Selected: Pick one or more vendors from the list and send them a customized email right from the module.
- Email templates: Create, save, and re-use email templates with placeholders like contractor name, city, and email to personalize each message.
You can easily include a link to your public price-list page or PDF download in those messages, so vendors always have the latest version.
Free vs Pro – Pricelist Module
Corelentra Free gives you the core WooCommerce price-list view and PDF download. Corelentra Pro adds vendor management and the Email Selected workflow for pushing that pricing out to your contractors and dealers.
