Although the second reference you could not reach so you score it as (No Answer) therefore the system scores it as a 50). In addition they gave two previous rental references and they get scored as well based on the feedback.

The system will score the risk factors of renting to them based on your feedback and let you know if its a high risk or Medium Risk, Low Risk Rental Application therefore giving you the final decision to approve, request additional information or denying the application. If you Approve the application it automatically generates their lease agreement and email a notice it was approved and a link to digitally sign or sign and upload a signed copy of the lease.
